In this course, we will look at the order-to-cash process in general. You will gain an overview of the order-to-cash process and the associated EDI messages. We will compare offline and online processing and discuss the advantages and disadvantages. We will also illustrate the order-to-cash process graphically, giving you a basis for deciding whether offline or online processes are the right choice for your situation.
